Direct Support Professional

The Direct Support Professional will provide compassionate care and assistance to clients in their homes, focusing on helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include offering companionship, assisting with daily living skills like meal preparation and transportation, and supporting individual client goals.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks. Previous experience in caregiving or working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is preferred, alongside strong communication skills.
