The role involves conducting comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine patient needs and developing relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders. Responsibilities also include developing home exercise programs with caregivers and acting as a vital member of the patient's medical neighborhood by coordinating care between providers.
Candidates must possess a current and active Physical Therapy license in Texas, along with an innovative spirit and a demonstrated history of reliability. Flexibility to shift priorities based on business needs and the ability to use common workplace technology are also required.
