The Registered Nurse serves as the primary point of contact for hospice patients, delivering personalized nursing care and managing individualized plans of care. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
Candidates must hold an active RN license and have at least one year of experience in hospice, home health, ICU, oncology, or geriatrics. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and CPR certification are also required.
