The Primary Care Physician provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary and preventive care to both adult and pediatric populations under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer. Essential duties include diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, performing physical exams, ordering tests, prescribing treatments, and maintaining accurate EHR documentation.
Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree from an accredited institution, completion of accredited residency training, and an active, unrestricted California Medical License. Board Certification or Eligibility in Med/Peds, Family Medicine, or a related primary care specialty is required, along with current DEA registration and BLS certification.

Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the Primary Care Physician (Med/Peds) provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary and preventive care to patients across the lifespan as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team. This role is uniquely qualified to treat both adult and pediatric populations, with patient mix determined by organizational and operational needs. Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting is preferred.
