The Speech Therapist is responsible for developing and implementing plans for providing home therapeutic treatment and education to home health and hospice patients, as well as their family members. This role also requires coordinating with other home health staff to ensure efficient integration of care.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in speech pathology from an accredited institution and hold a Speech Therapy license for the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance, along with a valid Class C Driver's License and Basic Life Support certification. A minimum of two years of recent relevant experience is typically required.
**$10,000 sign-on bonus available to external candidates - in accordance with Sutter Health policy**
