The technician will provide personal care support, assist with medical tasks like monitoring vitals and basic wound care, and facilitate physical and occupational therapy exercises. They will also offer emotional support and encourage client independence while documenting progress.
A high school diploma or GED is required for the Rehab Technician I role, though entry-level candidates are accepted; prior healthcare experience is preferred. A valid driver's license is also mandatory for this position.
