City/State Harrisonburg, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview
Sentara RMH Medical Center is now hiring a part-time, Obstetrics and Gynecology Technologist. This position, under the guidance and direction of a Registered Nurse, is responsible for assisting in the nursing care and surgical services in the maternity services area including the provision of patient care necessary for comfort, hygiene, data collection, and documentation. Activities are based on accepted standards of operating room and obstetrical practice and are performed within the scope of education, training, and experience.
Schedule
3am - 3pm. Must be willing to work 12 hour shifts. Every third weekend and holiday. Education LPN diploma (required) Or Associates degree - Surgical Technologist (required) Certification/Licensure Licensed Practical Nurse (required) Or Certified Surgical Technologist (required) Experience 1 year of experience as a LPN or Surgical Technologist (required) Experience assisting with OB/GYN procedures (preferred) .
