The Occupational Therapist will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive treatment plans and provide patient-centered care in an acute care environment. They will also engage in ongoing learning and contribute to program development and quality improvement.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required, with a preference for a master's or doctorate degree. Two years of relevant experience in an acute care setting is preferred, along with licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin and Basic Life Support certification within three months of hire.
