The Medical Assistant assists in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician. Responsibilities include interviewing patients, obtaining vital signs, coordinating patient flow, and assisting with regulatory compliance.
Candidates should have completed a medical assistant program or have at least one year of clinical experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with BLS certification and proficiency in relevant software.
