The surgical technologist is responsible for managing instrumentation and technical aspects during operative events. They work as part of a clinical team to provide compassionate care in the operating room.
Candidates must be a high school graduate or equivalent with a graduation certificate from a Surgical Tech program. One year of surgery or scrub experience is required, along with Surgical Tech and BLS certifications.
High School graduate, GED or 3 years relevant experience required. Graduate from a Surgical Tech program required.
