Salary
$45 - $125 / HOUR
Provide home-based care to patients with illnesses, injuries, and chronic diseases while coordinating with physicians and overseeing support staff. Educate patients and their families on care plans, medications, and home safety to ensure health goals are met.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active Colorado RN license and at least one year of nursing experience. Requires CPR certification and knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
