The Hospice RN provides compassionate end-of-life care, developing and implementing patient care plans while offering emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families. They also coordinate with a multidisciplinary team and supervise LPNs and Home Health Aides to ensure high-quality, continuous care.
Candidates must hold an Associate's degree in Nursing and a valid RN license, along with CPR certification, a driver's license, and auto insurance. At least one year of acute care or two years of long-term care experience is required, with home health or hospice experience preferred.
