Responsibilities
Conduct speech therapy sessions, focusing on patient goals and progress. Use AI technology to capture accurate session details in real-time. Document therapy outcomes, monitor progress, and comply with care plans. Build trust and connection with patients by minimizing distractions during care. Education and/or Experience Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a home health setting preferred.
