The Activity Coordinator develops and implements comprehensive activity programs to meet the psychosocial, physical, and emotional needs of Swing Bed patients. This role ensures patient quality of life and maintains compliance with CMS Conditions of Participation.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Certification or coursework in activity programming or recreation therapy is preferred.
