The Direct Support Professional provides hands-on care, assists with daily living activities, and monitors the health of individuals. They also facilitate community participation and promote independence through positive relationship building.
Candidates should have basic computer skills and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A high school diploma and a valid Michigan driver's license are preferred, along with the ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
