The Direct Support Professional provides 24/7 safety monitoring, crisis intervention, and assistance with daily living activities for individuals served. They also facilitate community participation, manage medical appointments, and maintain accurate documentation of care plans.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid Michigan driver's license. The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, basic computer proficiency, and the capacity to become certified in CPR and First Aid.

Residential Instructor - River Valley I Grand Rapids - 2nd Shift Part Time Every Other Weekend Only
Residential Instructor - River Valley II Grand Rapids - 3rd Shift Part Time Every Other Weekend
Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Medical Assistant
