The nurse provides direct patient care, assists with examinations, and performs clinical procedures such as injections and wound care. They are also responsible for triaging incoming calls, maintaining patient records, and managing office equipment and supplies.
Candidates must hold a valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana. The position requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!

Monday - Friday
7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana
