The Medication Management LPN is responsible for the administration of medications, processing physician orders, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation for residents. The role also serves as a liaison between residents, families, and physicians while ensuring compliance with state regulatory guidelines.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited LPN program with an unencumbered license and current CPR certification. One to two years of experience, preferably in senior care, along with strong communication and organizational skills are required.
$25 - $29/hr

Schedule: Available 12-hour shifts
The Medication Management LPN is responsible for providing medication management services to residents of Assisted Living. This position orders, receives, and administers medications, processes physician's orders, and communicates with resident’s family and physicians. The role documents daily observations and services provided. The Medication Management LPN provides services in accordance with regulatory guidelines and compliance for Assisted Living Facilities.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; ability to lift and assist senior adults with mobility. The employee must have the ability to perform essential functions without posing a "direct threat" in the workplace.
