The Direct Support Professional provides direct care and implements individual support agreements to promote independence and personal growth for residents. They are also responsible for daily household management, medication administration, and accurate documentation of services.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Experience in direct service or working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.

80 hours per week. 1st. shift and 2nd. shift. Work hours every other weekend is required.
Under the direction of the Group Home Manager, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Residential provides direct support to individuals, implements Individual Support Agreements (ISAs), and participates in the day-to-day activities within the group home.
Education & Experience Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred: Direct Service experience preferred Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred Skills Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for internal e-mail communication Licenses/Certifications & Other · Valid Driver’s License Reliable transportation to transport clients on occasion
