The Crisis Specialist II provides support, outreach, and referral services to participants while managing administrative tasks and caseload reports. The role involves participating in staff meetings and maintaining strict confidentiality at all levels.
Requires a high school diploma plus two years of college-level training in a specialized field like human services. Candidates must have a valid Hawaii driver's license and be available for an on-call schedule.

Under the supervision of the Island Director/ Clinical Supervisor, the Crisis Specialist II is primarily responsible for providing support,
outreach, and information and referral services to participants. Performs required administrative tasks related to caseload, such as
daily and monthly activity reports, mileage and other miscellaneous reports in a timely manner. Participates in all level meetings,
agency, staff, and selective staff meetings, and other meetings as determined by the Island Director/ Clinical Supervisor. Maintains
confidentiality at all levels. Performs related duties as assigned.
