The candidate must be a Registered Nurse capable of performing technical nursing procedures and maintaining patient safety. They are expected to demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and adhere to all hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Hendry Regional Medical Center, a respected critical access medical center in South Florida with nearly seventy-five years of dedicated service to the community, is a thriving, mission-driven organization seeking to hire an Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg Department team in Clewiston, Florida.
The Med/Surg Department RN delivers high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. This role involves performing patient assessments, prioritizing and implementing care plans, administering medications and treatments, collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary teams, and providing education and support to patients and their families. The RN ensures that care is delivered safely and effectively, consistent with HRMC policies, state and federal regulations, and med/surg nursing best practices.
