The Independent Living Coach provides mentorship and support to individuals with disabilities to help them achieve their person-centered goals. Responsibilities include implementing skill-building strategies, assisting with daily living activities, and tracking participant progress using digital systems.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral disabilities. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is also required.
