The Behavior Support Specialist provides psychoeducation and rehabilitative support directly in clients' homes. They utilize evidence-based practices to address the behavioral health needs of youth and their families.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related human services field. A valid driver's license and at least one year of experience working with children and families are preferred.
