The Direct Care Provider will deliver behavioral health interventions and crisis support within a structured, locked inpatient facility. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, managing cases, facilitating pre-vocational training, and monitoring member safety.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED with relevant behavioral health experience. Higher education degrees in related or non-related fields may substitute for the required experience duration.

We are currently looking for a Direct Care Provider to join our Inpatient Team!
Challenging and rewarding position in our Inpatient Location providing behavioral health interventions in a structured, non-hospital setting that assists adults in overcoming behavioral health crisis. Services are provided in a locked facility with 24-hour nursing coverage on the premises, court ordered treatment is also provided. You will have the opportunity to be a pivotal change maker in the lives of clients by connecting them with community resources. Working in an acute care setting, no two days are the same; you will be challenged with varied of patients overcoming behavioral health crisis.
This position reports out of our Kingman Crisis and Recovery Inpatient Facility.
Looking to fill a day shift 7am-7pm, rotating schedule. Please ask about the generous shift differential.
