The psychologist is responsible for interpreting psychological testing data, developing diagnostic formulations, and delivering feedback sessions. They will also produce integrated psychological evaluation reports and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Candidates must hold a PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program and possess an active Massachusetts Psychologist license. A minimum of 3 to 6 years of clinical experience is required for this role.
The Licensed Psychologist – Psychological Assessment is a clinical position focused on the evaluation, interpretation, and integration of psychological testing data to support accurate diagnosis and clinical clarity. Reporting directly to the Associate Medical Director, this role is designed for psychologists who specialize in assessment work and prefer a structured, sustainable clinical model without ongoing psychotherapy responsibilities. This role is ideal for psychologists who enjoy assessment work and want a structured, sustainable alternative to private practice without long‑term therapy caseloads.
Compensation: The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $150,000
Productivity expectations are guided by a work Relative Value Unit (wRVU) framework that reflects the full scope of assessment work, including diagnostic oversight, report review, and feedback sessions. Productivity is measured by completed cases rather than time‑based tracking.
