Provide individual and family therapy, diagnostic evaluations, and intake appointments while maintaining a caseload of 25-30 sessions per week. Ensure all clinical documentation, treatment plans, and reports are completed accurately and in compliance with ethical and HIPAA standards.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field and an active Massachusetts license (LMHC or LICSW). Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in psychological testing assessments and strong clinical documentation skills.
Overview This full‑time role includes supporting a typical caseload of 25–30 client sessions per week, with 4–6 hours of paid administrative time built into the 40‑hour workweek. Administrative and scheduling support from our intake team allows clinicians to focus primarily on clinical work, documentation, and collaboration.

Role and Responsibilities Clinical Services Administration Provide individual therapy, family therapy, diagnostic evaluations, and intake appointments. Conduct feedback sessions with patients and families. Maintain a typical caseload of 25–30 scheduled client sessions per week, Ensure clinical care aligns with professional, ethical, and evidence-based standards. Documentation and Reporting Complete timely and accurate session notes, treatment plans, diagnostic reports, and clinical assessments. Maintain compliance with documentation standards set by Mindful Paths and insurance requirements. Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines. Documentation expectations are designed to be efficient and completed within paid administrative time, using standardized templates and workflows. Administrative Support Intake team manages prescreen scheduling, appointment confirmations, and front‑end coordination Clinicians are not responsible for scheduling prescreens or confirming appointments Administrative time is used for documentation, care coordination, interdisciplinary communication, and meetings All required administrative and meeting time is compensated at $40/hour Training and Collaboration Collaborate with leadership and colleagues to enhance clinical practices. Support onboarding efforts for new clinical team members as appropriate. Engage in ongoing professional development. Quality Control Follow internal clinical standards to ensure high-quality and consistent care. Support outcome measurement and quality improvement initiatives. Participate in ongoing training to maintain licensure and strengthen competency. Required Skills and Competencies Communication / Attention to Detail Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong time-management and organizational capabilities. Technical Proficiency Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and EHR systems. Comfort with learning new platforms. Team Collaboration Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Adaptability to workflow and clinical needs. Professionalism and Confidentiality Understanding of HIPAA and ethical care standards. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Active Massachusetts license: LMHC or LICSW 2–3 years of psychological testing assessments. Experience completing intake appointments and conducting feedback sessions. Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
