This role works closely with licensed clinicians and contributes to clinical accuracy, operational efficiency, and quality improvement. This is a full time, in person position based in Plymouth, MA. Key Responsibilities Clinical Testing Administration
Administer standardized psychological and neuropsychological tests for pediatric and adult patients
Create a calm and supportive testing environment to optimize patient performance
Respond appropriately to patient behavioral and emotional needs during testing Scoring and Documentation
Accurately score, format, and organize testing results following standardized procedures
Document behavioral observations and testing notes in a timely and detailed manner
Maintain accurate and confidential patient testing records
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards Administrative and Operational Support
Prepare and organize testing materials and assessment batteries
Support data entry and patient file management in the EHR system
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and administrative projects Quality Assurance and Clinical Support
Follow standardized testing protocols to ensure reliable and valid results
Collaborate with licensed clinicians to support assessment flow and clinical decision making
Engage in ongoing training to improve testing accuracy and clinical skills
