1 skilled nursing care to clients of all ages and acuity levels within their homes. Maintain accurate patient records using electronic charting systems and collaborate with the clinical support team.
Candidates must hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina. Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
