Organizes individual patient caseload in collaboration with team workload demands. Performs daily administrative/office activities to ensure efficient flow of care within team.

• Competency: Demonstrates technical competencies and job knowledge as it pertains to rehabilitative care. Acquires and maintains knowledge of clinical therapy practice by identifying continuing education needs and participating in educational opportunities. Provides orientation and guidance to new rehabilitation staff in work area as requested. The incumbent may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned.

• Demand: The job requires constant standing, frequently walking, and bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory, and visual skills. Attention to detail and ability to write legibly.
