The Occupational Therapist assesses patients, identifies acuity levels, and plans and implements treatment programs to achieve functional outcomes. They utilize purposeful interventions to maximize patient independence and health maintenance within an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Candidates must hold a Florida Occupational Therapist license and complete annual orthopedic education requirements. A Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and experience with Electronic Medical Records are preferred.
- Require successful completion of Annual Orthopedic education requirements upon hire and then annually as outlined in the Orthopedic Program(s) Education plan.
Prefer Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. Prefer Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.
