The COTA will implement treatment plans developed by occupational therapists and lead engaging therapy activities for children. They are also responsible for monitoring patient progress and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold an associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. An active COTA certification and license or eligibility is required.
