Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our dynamic team at Foundation Medical Partners / Southern NH Health. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population in Pepperell, MA. Collegial practice with solid APP support W2, employed position with Foundation Medical Partners Not-for-Profit, 501(c) Organization 32-36 Patient Hours / plus admin hours per week Clinical Affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital Convenient Southern NH/MA Border Location, minutes to the mountains or ocean Full Traditional Benefits include BCBS Health, Delta Dental, STD/LTD, and Malpractice Generous Paid Time off, CME days and Allowance, competitive base salary and 457(f) deferred savings program Qualifications: Master’s degree in nursing 2+ years of Family Medicine experience Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with EPIC EMR preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
