Perform blood draws and other laboratory procedures in a professional and courteous manner. Verify patient identities and ensure accurate record-keeping for all procedures. Educate patients on the collection process, including specimen handling and storage. Accurately label and prepare specimens for transport, ensuring their integrity. Communicate effectively with lab staff, management, and healthcare professionals. Adhere to safety protocols and comply with OSHA, HIPAA regulations, and laboratory policies.
