$39 - $48 / HOUR
Provide direct patient care and support to hospice patients at the Hospice House in accordance with the established plan of care. Coordinate services with the interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient care activities.
Requires completion of a Licensed Vocational Nursing program and a current California LVN certification. A minimum of one year of experience in an acute care setting is required, with hospice or home health experience preferred.

We are seeking an LVN who will be responsible for providing direct patient care to hospice patients at our Hospice House in Redwood City.
Per diem; must be available at least 4 shifts per month; 7: 00am-3:30pm or 3:00pm-11:30pm or 11:00pm-7:30am
Mission Hospice & Home Care follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.
$38.65 - $48.40 hourly
