The Case Manager provides intensive individual mental health interventions and support services for youth and families. They collaborate with treatment teams to develop and implement interventions and provide clinical data to support treatment objectives.
A Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, or social work is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Candidates must have experience working with at-risk youth and families in a behavioral health or community-based setting.
