The therapist will provide comprehensive outpatient treatment for addiction and mental health issues within a dynamic, integrative team. Responsibilities include conducting group, individual, and family therapy sessions while implementing client-centered therapeutic modalities.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field and possess a valid professional license. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the mental health or substance abuse field is required.

Provide patient-centered care to patients experiencing addiction, mental health, and co-occurring disorders Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and treatment plans Support an integrative and holistic treatment approach, including collaboration with yoga therapy, acupuncture, and medication management services Build therapeutic relationships through compassion, empathy, professionalism, and clear communication Promote recovery-focused care and support positive patient outcomes Ensure confidentiality and uphold ethical and professional standard of care Support patients in developing coping skills, emotional wellness, social skills, and healthy recovery strategies. Demonstrate flexibility, accountability, and commitment to quality patient care Adhere to company policies and procedures
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health field Active CA Licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC 3+ years: Experience working in mental health, addiction treatment, and/or co-occurring disorders field Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy in an outpatient or behavioral health setting Experience with patient-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care Experience with integrative and holistic treatment approach
