The LPN provides nursing support and direct services to promote independence for residents at the Fairview Home. They ensure that all health and safety needs are met in accordance with Individualized Service Plans.
Candidates must be graduates of an approved School of Nursing and hold a valid Virginia Practical Nurse License. Experience in an assisted living or nursing facility is preferred.
Starting Salary: $44,100-Depending on Experience
Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages
