The APP will manage adult patients with cystic fibrosis primarily in the outpatient clinic, bridging care between outpatient and inpatient teams during admissions. Key duties include comprehensive care, diagnosing complications like diabetes and liver disease, and prescribing/monitoring medications including CFTR modulators.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with the appropriate national certification and licensure in New Hampshire and Vermont. Prior experience in pulmonology, cystic fibrosis, or complex chronic disease management is preferred, though new graduates with strong interest will be considered.
