Direct Service Professional (DSP) / Caregiver ($20-$23/hr)

What began as a small, family-led initiative became an official nonprofit in 1978 and has grown into a trusted provider of services across Southeast Alaska. A day in the life of a DSP As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support individuals with daily living skills, promote independence and community involvement, and assist with appointments, work, and recreational activities. You will build respectful relationships, follow each person’s Individual Service Plan (ISP), complete basic documentation, and maintain a safe, supportive environment.

Available schedules

• 24-hour sleep shifts
• 8-12 hour overnight awake shift
• Various day-time hours available
