As a Mental Health Professional on our Crisis Residential Team, you’ll be a key member of The Lodge, a first of its kind program in Bucks County! You’ll guide teammates, collaborate with management, and consult on treatment plans to support individuals in crisis. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking initiative in mental health care. We are currently have both overnight shifts (full and part time) and day shifts (full time) available.

What You Bring
Master’s degree in a related field + 3 years of direct care experience OR Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of direct care experience (2 years supervisory)
Preferred: Experience with Crisis Services
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Bucks County
May be required to work during emergencies, including inclement weather

Provision of Group Therapy and Individual Treatment Planning
In coordination with the Therapist, conduct group therapy sessions according to the milieu of the group; establish the agenda, including the identification of issues to be discussed by group and facilitate communication between group members

Educate guest/supports regarding identified problems, therapeutic interventions, and expected outcomes.
Complete initial assessments for new guests. Provide service coordination and support to individuals focusing on the person’s Individualize Support Plan, treatment goals and discharge plans. Assist in the development, implementation, evaluation and revision of overall treatment goals and plans in collaboration with the guest and therapist. Advocate for guests’ rights and preferences.
Provide ongoing assessment, problem solving, side by side services, skill training, and environmental adaptations to assist individuals with activities of daily living as needed.
Work collaboratively with the clinical team in the on-going assessment of participant’s mental health struggles and responses treatment
Facilities Operation and Upkeep
Crisis Stabilization
Maintain vigilance and be prepared to respond to a resident’s needs and emergencies appropriately by intervening directly and/or contacting indicated supportive staff, agencies and services. Possess the ability to see and hear all crises/emergencies to ensure resident and site safety and security.
Work with the guests to develop their crisis stabilization plan, provide scheduled check-ins on stabilization goal progresses.
