Resident Aides provide direct support to individuals in a crisis residential setting by facilitating safety, stability, and recovery. They assist with daily living activities, monitor guest behavior, and provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of direct mental health care experience or equivalent education and training. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required.
