• Lenape Valley Foundation is proud to expand its crisis services with the launch of its second Crisis Residential Program, to be housed within the brand-new Bright Path Center.
• Located in Doylestown, PA, the newest addition to our Crisis Residential Programming will serve both adults and children.
• We are seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Aides to provide direct, day‑to‑day support to individuals experiencing acute mental health crises in a short‑term residential setting.
• In this essential role, Resident Aides help foster safety, stability, and recovery through engagement, monitoring, assistance with daily living, and crisis response.
• This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, mission‑driven program and play a hands‑on role in supporting healing and wellness at a critical moment in care.

• What You Bring
• Minimum 3 years of direct mental health care experience OR equivalent education/training
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
