Provide direct support to residents with daily routines, medication management, and therapeutic activities in a residential setting. Collaborate with the team to document progress and maintain a safe, trauma-informed environment.
A high school diploma is required, with a preference for an educational background in psychology or social work. Candidates should have experience in caregiving, a valid driver's license, and the ability to remain calm in unpredictable situations.

In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with mental health challenges in a home-like setting. You’ll build meaningful relationships, help residents with daily living skills, and contribute to a supportive and empowering environment. Located in a single-family style home in Levittown, Forsythia House is a mental health residential program where residents choose to live and actively pursue their recovery and rehabilitation goals.
