Provide individual, group, and family counseling using trauma-informed approaches within a withdrawal management and crisis stabilization setting. Perform clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe transitions.
Requires a Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field with at least two years of direct mental health or psychotherapy experience. Active clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or substance abuse certification (CAAC, CADC, etc.) is strongly preferred.
Join us at an exciting moment as The Bright Path Center launches this summer, bringing integrated behavioral health and substance use services together under one roof.
The Counselor role is a vital clinical position within our withdrawal management and crisis stabilization environment, delivering trauma-informed, person-centered care across a dynamic continuum of services. This role supports individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges through assessment, brief therapeutic intervention, crisis response, and care coordination, helping ensure safe stabilization and connection to ongoing care.
Counselors work as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team in a fast-paced setting that includes crisis residential, detox, and walk-in services, embracing a “no wrong door” approach to behavioral health care.
