Oversee the procurement, distribution, and control of medications throughout the hospital
Evaluate and provide comprehensive drug information to providers, staff, and patients
Monitor medication therapies to promote safe and effective drug use
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and pharmacy students
Contribute to departmental initiatives, workflow improvements, and quality assurance efforts
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and best practices in pharmacy care What We’re Looking For
Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy required
Current Massachusetts Pharmacist license required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy environment preferred
New graduates considered with at least 2 years of clinical experience as a pharmacy intern
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
