Provide intensive, recovery-oriented individual and group therapy to adults with severe mental health and substance use needs in community settings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and participate in a rotating on-call crisis schedule.
Requires a valid professional license such as LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LPC in North Carolina. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and experience or comfort with community-based clinical work.

This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about serving adults with severe mental health and substance use needs through compassionate, community-based care.
