The Nurse Practitioner provides routine care and management for patients with acute and chronic complaints in collaboration with a supervising physician. They perform physical exams, order diagnostic studies, prescribe medications, and assist in the operating room while ensuring compliance with clinical policies.
Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited institution and be a graduate of an accredited NP program. Required credentials include active RN and NP licensure, NP furnishing number, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
