Requires a Dentist Degree (DMD or DDS) and a current Oregon Dental license. Candidates must have clinical experience in adult and pediatric dentistry and hold BLS HealthCare Provider certification.

Eligible for a sign-on bonus of $10,000-$25,000 depending on experience. Half of the bonus is paid in your first paycheck, with the remainder paid after one year of continuous employment (figures based on a full-time position).
