• Volume: 1 patient per hour Job Summary We are looking for a Physical Therapist for a private outpatient setting where one-on-one treatment is part of the daily workflow. In this role, you will evaluate patients, guide treatment sessions, build recovery plans, and help individuals improve movement and function in a meaningful way. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who wants a professional setting with a more focused patient load.

Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations and set treatment goals Design individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings Provide skilled therapy using exercise, mobility work, and manual treatment Monitor outcomes and adjust care plans to support continued progress Educate patients on exercise routines and long-term recovery habits Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent from an accredited program Active Florida PT license or ability to obtain licensure before start Previous outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and patient education skills Good clinical judgment and time management New graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply PTO CE Allowance of $1,200/year IRA with a 3% match If you’re looking for a clinic role where you can slow down, stay present, and do solid work with each patient, this may be the right next step.
