Job description

Make a Difference in a Child’s Life – Become a Youth Care Worker in Omaha, NE! Starting Pay: $18.00/hour for 2nd shift and $19.00/hour for 3rd shift. Hiring Bonus: $2,500 for 2nd shift ONLY Full-Time Shifts: 2nd shift is from (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM); including rotating holidays and weekends OR 3rd shift (Overnight is 9:15pm - 7:15am). High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Demonstrate to criteria while maintaining current in CPR and nationally recognized personal restraint model must be obtained during pre-service training required. What You’ll Be Doing:
Teaching skills and monitoring youth behavior
Creating a safe and positive living environment
Supporting youth academic success and personal development
Transporting youth to appointments, school, and activities
Assists with intake and departure documentation
Observes and participates in mediation and planning conferences with youth and their families.
