Provides individual, group, and family therapy to children and their families in an outpatient clinic setting using evidence-based and trauma-informed practices. Develops treatment plans, maintains accurate case documentation, and collaborates with care teams and community partners to support child well-being.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field with 3000 hours of post-master's experience, or a terminal degree (PhD, PsyD, MD) from an APA-accredited program. Candidates must hold a valid Wisconsin license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist.
Demonstrated ability to provide quality individual, group and family therapy using Evidence-Based Practices. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with caregivers, colleagues, medical staff, and community partners. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
